The Lebanese Aikido
Federation, LAF, was
created to help organize and promote the Art of Aikido in
Lebanon.
It was legalized from the Lebanese
Government by decree number "569/M/1998" on June 1st 1998. It
is run by two bodies:

When Sensei Salim Kai's
mandate as President of the LAF came to an end in 2003, Sensei
Paul Bourjeili was elected in August of the same year and the
committees
were reformed.
According to the Lebanese
laws, the LAF is the ONLY organization
that is entitled to
represent Lebanese Aikido in other countries.
